Darlene Glass is the founder and owner of Upper Cumberland Medical Consulting, where she has spent over 30 years building something she truly believes in — a billing partner that healthcare providers can actually count on.
What started as a commitment to bringing accuracy and reliability to a frustratingly complicated industry has grown into a full-service medical billing practice trusted by providers across specialties. Darlene and her team specialize in Behavioral Health and Substance Abuse billing, and also serve family practices, chiropractic offices, internal medicine providers, and virtually every other specialty in between.
Under her leadership, UCMC handles the full billing cycle — from data entry and claims submission to A/R management, payment posting, denial management, and everything in between — so that providers can stay focused on what matters most: their patients.
For Darlene, this work is personal. She understands that behind every claim is a practice working hard to serve its community, and she takes that responsibility seriously.
